Is this suitable for neurodivergent teenagers?
It can be used by neurodivergent teenagers, but it isn't diagnosis-specific.
The toolkit uses clear instructions, small steps, visual structure and a deliberately limited number of priorities rather than expecting a teenager to tackle an entire backlog at once.
It's also suitable for teenagers who have simply fallen behind and need a clear catch-up process.
Do I need to sit beside my teenager while they do it?
Not necessarily.
