Professional development designed for people whose time is expensive.
AI is changing how we access information, solve problems and work.
But information was never the same thing as understanding.
And knowing something was never the same thing as being able to teach it.
Teaching Mastery Academy develops the distinctly human capabilities that matter in an AI-powered workplace — judgement, communication, questioning, teaching, feedback, adaptation and the ability to develop other people.
Practical professional development for people who want to remain valuable, develop others brilliantly and stay ahead of the changing world of work.
AI has changed the value of information.
For a long time, professional value was closely connected to what you knew.
Knowing the answer.
Knowing the process.
Knowing where to find the information.
Knowing how to produce the work.
AI is changing that equation.
Information is becoming easier to access. First drafts are becoming easier to produce. Explanations can be generated instantly.
So the question facing professionals isn't simply:
“What can AI do?”
It's:
“What becomes more valuable for humans to do?”
At TMA, that's the question we're interested in.
Because the future of work isn't just about becoming better at using artificial intelligence.
It's about becoming exceptional at the human intelligence that sits alongside it.
WHEN INFORMATION BECOMES ABUNDANT...
Judgement matters more.
Questions matter more.
Discernment matters more.
Communication matters more.
Feedback matters more.
Human connection matters more.
The ability to develop other people matters more.
TMA exists to develop those capabilities.
Where do you want to start?
You don't need another enormous professional-development programme sitting unfinished in your dashboard.
Start with the problem you're facing now.
Each TMA programme is focused, practical and designed to change what you can do — not simply give you more information to consume.
01 — I’VE BEEN ASKED TO TRAIN PEOPLE
Run Your First Staff Training Session™
$97
You know your subject.
Now you need to teach it to somebody else.
Build a clear, effective 30-, 60- or 90-minute staff training session — even if nobody has ever taught you how to teach.
You'll learn how to decide what people actually need to be able to do, cut unnecessary content, sequence the learning, build meaningful practice and check that learning has actually happened.
Come with your expertise. Leave with your session built.
BUILD MY TRAINING SESSION →02 — I'M THINKING ABOUT WHAT AI MEANS FOR MY CAREER
The Human Value Audit™
$197
Where is your professional value moving?
AI doesn't need to replace your entire job to change your career.
It only needs to make some of what you're currently paid to do easier, faster or less scarce.
The Human Value Audit™ helps you examine your real role, identify where AI is changing the value of your work, and determine the human capabilities worth deliberately strengthening next.
Walk away with your own Human Value Plan™ for the next 12–24 months.
Because the most useful question isn't:
“Is my job safe from AI?”
It's:
AUDIT MY PROFESSIONAL VALUE →“As AI gets better, where does my value move?”
03 — I TEACH, TRAIN OR DEVELOP OTHER PEOPLE
Human-Centred Teaching in an AI World™
$197
If AI can provide the information, what are YOU there for?
AI can explain.
Summarise.
Generate examples.
Answer questions.
Create resources.
Which means human teaching needs to provide something more.
Learn how to move beyond information delivery and deliberately use the things humans bring to learning: questioning, discussion, judgement, observation, challenge, practice, feedback, coaching and adaptation.
You'll learn to identify what AI and resources can handle — and where human interaction genuinely changes learning.
Don't compete with AI at providing information. Become exceptional at developing humans.
HUMANISE MY TEACHING →04 — I'VE EXPLAINED IT. THEY'RE STILL NOT GETTING IT.
Telling Isn't Teaching™
$197
What to do when you've explained it — and they still can't do it.
You've shown them.
You've explained it.
It's in the documentation.
You've answered their questions.
And somehow... you're still fixing the same mistakes.
This practical programme teaches you how to diagnose why learning hasn't transferred into performance — and what to do next.
Learn to distinguish between an information gap, an understanding gap, a judgement gap and a performance gap.
Then choose the right intervention:
explain → demonstrate → question → practise → observe → feedback → retry.
Because sometimes the problem isn't that someone wasn't listening.
It's that telling them was never enough.
HELP THEM ACTUALLY LEARN IT →05 — I’M WORRIED MY TEAM IS TRUSTING AI TOO EASILY
The AI Judgement Gap™
$197
AI can give your team an answer. Can they tell whether it’s a good one?
The challenge isn't simply getting people to use AI.
It's making sure they don't outsource their judgement to it.
The AI Judgement Gap™ teaches professionals how to question, evaluate and make sound decisions when AI-generated information becomes part of everyday work.
Learn how to recognise assumptions, identify what's missing, verify what matters, apply professional context and know when an AI-generated answer should — and shouldn't — influence a decision.
Because AI can produce the recommendation.
A human still needs to own the decision.
CLOSE THE JUDGEMENT GAP →06 — I’M WORRIED AI IS DOING THE THINKING FOR US
The Productive Struggle™
$197
When AI makes work easier, what thinking do we still need humans to do?
Some of the work AI removes is friction we're delighted to lose.
But some of the struggle it removes is exactly how people learn to think, solve problems, develop judgement and eventually become experts.
The Productive Struggle™ helps managers, trainers and organisations decide which work should be handed to AI — and which thinking needs to remain deliberately human.
Learn how to distinguish friction to remove from struggle to protect, decide when AI should enter the learning process, and design work that uses AI without accidentally outsourcing the thinking people need in order to develop.
Because the question isn't simply:
“Could AI do this?”
It's:
“What does the human learn by doing it?”
PROTECT THE THINKING →Information isn't learning.
At TMA, we look at professional learning through four different levels:
INFORMATION
Do they need to know it?
Information can increasingly be accessed through AI, documentation and resources.
↓
UNDERSTANDING
Do they need to make sense of it?
Humans help connect, explain, question and contextualise.
↓
JUDGEMENT
Do they need to know what to do when the answer isn't obvious?
That requires scenarios, decisions, challenge, discussion and experience.
↓
PERFORMANCE
Do they need to actually be able to do it?
That requires demonstration, practice, observation, feedback and retry.
Then a beautiful statement underneath:
AI changes how we access information.
It doesn't remove the need to develop human capability.
You don't need more content.
That's particularly true now.
AI can generate more content than any of us could consume in a lifetime.
TMA isn't interested in adding another 20-hour course to your professional-development library.
Our programmes are deliberately focused.
You bring a real problem.
We give you the thinking, framework and tools to solve it.
You apply it.
And then you get back to work.
Less information. More capability.
Teacher by training. Business owner by experience.
Hi, I'm Francesca.
I've spent my career at the intersection of teaching and business.
I spent nine years teaching in high-school classrooms before moving into business, where I've spent more than a decade building and operating companies — including an eight-figure business alongside my husband — while also building my own digital education company.
Those two worlds taught me something important:
Knowing something and knowing how to teach it are completely different skills.
And now AI is changing that equation again.
When information can be generated, explained and retrieved almost instantly, the value humans bring to learning has to evolve.
That's why I created Teaching Mastery Academy.
Not to teach you how to compete with AI.
But to help you become exceptional at the human capabilities that matter alongside it.
AI is going to keep getting better.
We think humans should too.
Not by trying to become faster information-processing machines.
But by becoming better at the things that make human expertise valuable:
Thinking.
Judging.
Questioning.
Teaching.
Communicating.
Coaching.
Adapting.
